Η επιστολή - αίτημα που συνέταξα, υπέγραψα, προώθησα στο σεβασμιώτατο Μητροπολίτη μας κ. Δαμασκηνό για τη δική του υπογραφή και απέστειλα προς την Εφορεία Παλαιοανθρωπολογίας Σπηλαιολογίας στις 5 Μαρτίου 2026,

για αποκατάσταση των αγιογραφιών των δύο σπηλαίων του Αγίου Νικολάου του Κρεμαστού,

έτυχε θετικής αποδοχής από την αρμόδια Αρχή, όπως ελπίζαμε. Στις 13 Μαΐου 2026 μας ενημέρωσαν εγγράφως πως προγραμματίζουν την υλοποίηση του έργου, που θα επαναφέρει τις αγιογραφίες στην αρχική τους κατάσταση, 7-10 αιώνες μετά την ιστόρησή τους. Χαιρόμαστε, ευχαριστούμε και περιμένουμε νεώτερα.

was positively accepted by the competent Authority, as we had hoped. On May 13, 2026, they informed us in writing that they are planning the implementation of the project, which will restore the hagiographies to their original state, 7-10 centuries after their creation. We are delighted, grateful and we await developments.
